By accessing or using 4PF Forge ("4PF Forge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
4PF Forge is a content management and social media automation tool that enables users to schedule, publish, and manage content across supported platforms including TikTok. The App integrates with third-party APIs subject to their respective terms.
When you connect your TikTok account, you authorize 4PF Forge to act on your behalf using the TikTok Content Posting API. You are solely responsible for all content posted through your account. You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service at all times.
You agree not to use the App to post content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on any third-party rights. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
All content you submit remains your property. By using the App, you grant 4PF Forge a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4PF Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
